Terms of service
Last updated October 2026
These terms explain the rules for using Founderhop. By creating an account or entering the room, you agree to them.
Who can use Founderhop
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must be a founder, co-founder, owner or senior member of a real business, and sign up with your own business email.
- You must give true information about your name, business, role and LinkedIn profile (if you add one). One person, one account.
How to behave
- Be respectful and professional. No harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
- No nudity, sexual content or illegal content.
- No spam, scams, hard selling, recruiting pitches or promoting unrelated products.
- Do not record, screenshot or share another member's video, audio or chat without their clear permission.
- Do not use bots, scripts or fake accounts, or try to get around our checks.
Reports, suspensions and bans
Members can report each other. Our team reviews reports and may warn, suspend or permanently ban anyone who breaks these rules or whose profile information turns out to be false. We can do this without notice if the risk to others is serious.
Your content
You are responsible for what you say and share on calls and in chat. We don't record calls. Chat messages are not stored, except the last few messages of a chat when someone reports it, so our team can review the report.
Service availability
Founderhop is free during launch and is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error free, and we may change or stop features. We are not responsible for what other members say or do. Use your own judgment when you meet people and share information.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Founderhop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will tell members. Questions? Write to [email protected].
